She is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer, in addition to holding an Active Isolated Stretching (A.I.S) certification. She also has a B.A. in English from Penn State.
Jeannine develops custom training programs for men and women looking to get stronger and lose weight and body fat. Have you been working out for months on your own with little or no results?
