Our trainers are all nationally certified professionals. Every trainer new to our staff is mentored by one of our current trainers. This assures that Mitch’s personal training staff consistently reflects Mitch’s Personal Training Philosophies as well as high levels of skill in instructional technique, program design, and client satisfaction.

In addition to in-depth knowledge of instruction for strength development, weight loss, and body toning and shaping, our staff provides sport-specific programs. Whether you golf, play basketball, baseball, football, or want to prepare for a strenuous hiking vacation, our staff can create a program just for you.
