Kaitlyn strives to practice mindfulness and instill this philosophy in her clients each and every day. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Women’s Fitness Specialist. Kaitlyn was trained by Leslee Bender as a Certified Barre Instructor and is currently finishing her comprehensive Pilates certification and Fitness Nutrition Specialist program. Barre and TRX are two of her favorite ways to challenge herself and others in workouts.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Psychology. Kaitlyn worked at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital as well as an outpatient physical therapy clinic for 4 years gaining knowledge on a wide multitude of injuries ranging from a knee or hip injury to a severe spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injuries. Her passion is helping others see all that they are capable of and create healthy, balanced lifestyles.
